Whatsapp Dark mode is on its way along with some more features!

Nowadays Whatsapp has become a necessity. In 2018, Whatsapp became one of the most popular apps of the year.

What is Dark Mode?

Earlier the devices and applications were using a light on a dark color scheme but now People are shifting towards a dark color scheme. This Light-on-dark color scheme is called Dark Mode.

The dark mode has some benefits on AMOLED displays like using less battery because the pixels where the color is black remains inactive until some other color needs to be displayed using those pixels.

It is a beloved feature that all the smartphone manufacturers have been implementing in their devices.

Recently Even Xiaomi has introduced a dark mode in their devices.

Whatsapp will soon give the users the new Dark mode in their app.

Other upcoming features:

• Dark Mode: As told above Dark mode is going to be available soon enough.
• Disappearing Messages: Whatsapp will also get a feature of disappearing messages like the one you can see on Snapchat. Users can also set up a timer for the messages to get disappeared by itself.
• Hidden Muted Status: After hiding someone's status the user can still see it at the bottom of the screen, new update is going to tweak it a little bit if you hide someone's status then you wont see it anywhere, it will be completely hidden.
• Boomerang Videos: Like Instagram's famous video option of making a boomerang whatsapp is going to introduce it too with an option to convert it into a gif.
• Whatsapp Calls through Google Assistant: Whatsapp will soon support and will be integrated to Google assistant so user can ring someone up just by using the Google Assistant.
