MUMBAI: Zaira Wasim accused a fellow passenger on the flight of molestation back in 2017. The Special Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences Court (POCSO) has finally found the mumbai-based man, Vikas Sachdev guilty and has been sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.

In December 2017, the Dangal girl claimed that the man was constantly rubbing himself against her when she was trying to sleep. She was traveling from Delhi to Mumbai on a Vistara flight where the incident took place. She even said that the airline staff did not take any action and were ignorant.

On the other hand, Vikas Sachdeva defended himself saying that he himself was just trying to sleep and the actor completely misunderstood the situation. Even his family stood by his side to support him and thought him to be innocent.

As Zaira was only 17 years old then, the case was registered under special POCSO court as she was a minor. Now, the court has sentenced the man 3 years of jail term as he has been found guilty of the molestation charges.

In 2017, the actor faced a lot of criticism from the netizens for bringing up an incident that can just be a little misunderstanding. Now after the punishment has been given, Twitter is flooded with comments reacting to the whole situation and people have been questioning the judgment. See some of the reactions here:
