LUCKNOW: Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has been tested for the novel coronavirus for the fifth time and the reports came out to be positive yet again. Every 48 hours, a sample test is being carried on every diagnosed patient.
Kanika is currently getting treatment at Lucknow's Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS). Prof. R.K Dhiman, the director of the hospital said that Kapoor's condition has been stable and there was no reason to worry. He also had previously mentioned that the singer could not be released unless two of her tests come out to be negative.

This is the fifth time in a row that the singer has been tested positive for the contagious disease. One of her family members recently revealed that the whole family is worried as she has been constantly testing positive.
Kanika had returned from London on March 9. She was hospitalized after showing symptoms and was tested positive on 19th March. While she was supposed to remain quarantined after returning from foreign, she attended several parties and allegedly hid her travel history that created another row of controversies.
The singer is the first Bollywood celeb to have tested positive for the virus.
