ROME: The outbreak of the deadly coronavirus has taken a toll on the whole world. On Sunday, Italy reported 368 deaths of its citizens due to the novel virus. This is a new one day record in the whole world.
Lombardy's northern region which is the worst affected area of the country accounted for 252 deaths. Including this, the death toll across the nation has risen over 1800.
Italy is the most affected country after China where the virus broke out in the city of Wuhan. Italy is followed by Iran, which reported 113 deaths, taking the toll to 724.
