MUMBAI: With the controversial show, Bigg Boss 13 finally coming to an end after five months, there has been an allegation that the winner of the show was fixed. Sidharth Shukla, who lifted the trophy, has always been supported by the makers and that is why he was declared to be the winner. Now, the runner-up Asim Riaz has reacted to the rumors and defended the Colors show.

Riaz rubbished the rumors that have been spread on Twitter and claimed that only the audience's love for Sidharth made him the winner. He said, "There’s nothing like that. Nothing is fixed.. I reached till here and he (Sidharth) won the show all because of the audience’s love. So, it is not fixed and nothing like that happened."

Even a video went viral on the day of the finale where a lady claimed that Asim and Sid got the same amount of votes and thus, it was in the hands of the makers who will be choosing the winners. She also said that the result will be "predictable", referring to how the show has been biased towards the daily soap actor from day 1.

Soon after, two trends started by the fans gained attention where #PublicKaWinner was for Asim and #HistoricWinnerSid showed its support to the declared winner, Shukla.

However, Riaz's defense for the show that gave him literally everything won everyone's heart. There have been many times that the runner-ups accuse the makers of being biased but this Kashmiri model has shown its support despite the rumors.
