MUMBAI: Arti Singh, the contestant of one of the most successful seasons of the reality tv show Bigg Boss 13, has urged people to practice yoga during this time of global pandemic and national lockdown.

Commoners, as well as celebrities from Bollywood and Indian television industry, are using this time of self-quarantine to pick up new skills or hobby. Some are even going back to the hobbies they couldn't pursue further owing to the lack of time in their busy schedules. Similarly, Arti has also been using her quarantine time to run errands for her household, do chores, catch up on films and shows and even practising Yoga.

She further explained how much of a significant role yoga plays in her life by mentioning, "Yoga has positively affected me as it helps calm down my mind. Apart from this Singh is frequently seen sharing positivity and personal achievements from her life in her Instagram handle. Yesterday, she posted a 'before and after' image of herself which was a month apart.
