Following PM's Actions, Yogi Adityanath Ensures Social Distance In Meetings

LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ensured that people maintained social distancing in a series of meeting at his residence. Being well-aware of the danger of pandemic COVID-19, the CM followed the footsteps of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Just like the Prime Minister had ensured that the chairs of all officials remained at a certain distance during his cabinet meeting on Wednesday, similarly, Yogi Adityanath also ensured that the chairs are placed at least at the gap of one meter.

In Uttar Pradesh's several shops, shopkeepers have drawn circles by using chalk outside their shops so as to ensure that buyers do not crowd inside their shops and also maintain distance from each other. 

Government offices in the state, that are kept open during the lockdown, sanitizers have been placed at entry gates. 

The whole country is currently on 21 days' lockdown following PM Modi's orders announced on Tuesday. Thursday only marks the second day and we all have a long way to go so as to fight COVID-19.

India has reported 649 cases so far, out of which, 13 have lost their lives and 43 are fully cured, thus, leaving 593 active cases.
