NEW DELHI: Amit Shah, country's Union Home Minister has been all praises for all the steps being taken and norms being imposed by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in the battle against the coronavirus outbreak in the country, which has been regarded as a global pandemic.
In one of his tweets, Shah wrote 'truth is evident' and how every Indian has been feeling safe and has faith in Modi's leadership.

The tweet also said, "The entire world is praising Modi, the way he is handling COVID-19 global pandemic and taking care of Indians and helping the world community in such challenging times."

Shah also took this opportunity to showcase a survey conducted by a research team belonging to the US. It was regarding the performance of world leaders in terms of containing the novel coronavirus pandemic. The survey revealed that PM Modi was ahead of dignitaries like Donald Trump (President of the United States), Angela Merkel (Chancellor of Germany), Emmanuel Macron (President of France) and Justin Trudeau (Prime Minister of Canada).

The home minister said, "Modi has consistently stayed above the 50-point mark, way ahead of other global leaders. By April 13, he was nearing the global high of 75."
