There is a growing consensus that the movie plays on ridiculous stereotypes of how boomers think millennials are, it is absolutely unneeded, unfresh, and the only good thing about the movie is Randeep Hooda and his handlebar moustache.
Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal 2020 is a reboot of his 2009 film of the same name, where he once again takes you into the world of imperfect people and complicated relationships, only, he fails to weave it into good cinema. An ambitious girl (with a nice wardrobe, we must say), failing to balance her career and relationships will not fly in 2020. Boring!
