Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor is making full use of his work break. The actor, who is back home due to an injury, got a chance to celebrate the festival of Lohri with his family.

Mira, who has her own fan following on social media, has shared some glimpses of the 'Kabir Singh' actor where he is seen making full use of his professional break and enjoying some festive time with family.
Shahid, during his shoot for upcoming sports drama Jersey, got badly hurt on lips. The actor has got stitches on his lip while shooting in Chandigarh and is on a break due to the injury.
The actor took to Twitter to thank his fans and well wishers for wishing him a speedy recovery. "Thank you for all the concern. Yes, I have got a few stitches but am recovering fast. #jersey has taken a little bit of my blood but a script this good deserves that in the least. Have a good one you all. Keep it real. Make it count. Spread the love. Humanity above all," the actor wrote.

Shaid's upcoming flick, Jersey, is a Hindi remake of the Telugu hit film of the same name. The movie is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and stars Mrunal Thakur and Panjak Kapoor besides Shahid. The film is slated to be released on August 28, 2020.
