NEW YORK: Actor Olga Kurylenko recently shared the good news that she has been treated successfully after testing positive for the novel coronavirus.
In a brief post on Sunday, the James Bond actress stated that she is now virus-free and then went on to explain how she felt during the time of her illness. In the picture, Olga is seen sitting on a rocking chair in front of the fireplace carrying her son and wearing a mask.
Announcing the news to her followers, Olga wrote, "I have completely recovered. To recapitulate: For one week I felt pretty bad and was mostly in bed, sleeping, with high fever and strong headache. The second week, the fever was gone but some light cough appeared and I felt very tired. By the end of the second week, I felt totally fine. Cough is almost gone although I still cough in the mornings but then it completely goes away for the day!"
She also mentioned that she is using this time to enjoy and spending some quality time with her son. "I'm fine! And now I'm just enjoying this time to reflect on many things and spend my time with my son."
It was discovered on March 16th that the Quantum of Solace star has been tested positive for the pandemic COVID-19. She joined the long list of Hollywood celebs like Tom Hanks, Idris Elba and many others affected by the deadly virus.
The novel coronavirus has infected more than 3,45,000 people across the world. Globally, the death toll has crossed the mark of 14,000.
