MUMBAI: The wait is finally over! Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan’s much-awaited film Love Aaj Kal’s poster has finally released. The duo took to Instagram to reveal the first look of the film. Not only did they just give away the name of their characters but they also revealed the trailer release date! The trailer comes out sooner than you can imagine i.e. tomorrow.
The trailer features Sara and Kartik lying down peacefully while embracing each other. Kartik looks extremely innocent as he’s in deep slumber, Sara is spooning him while gazing away as if she’s in deep thoughts.
Like the other ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which came out in the year 2009, this movie is also being directed by the very renowned filmmaker Imtiaz Ali. Sara is all set to carry the legacy of the Love Aaj Kal franchise which began with Saif Ali Khan, her father who starred in the first film along with Deepika Padukone.
The upcoming film was under production from March 2019 to July 2019 and took 66 days to film. It has been shot in locations like Udaipur and Himachal Pradesh. The duo had also been teasing the audience by posting lots of behind the scenes pictures in their Instagram accounts.
As per sources from the industry, the film will also star Randeep Hooda and is all set to release on Valentine’s Day. (14th February 2020)
