MUMBAI: Deepika Padukone and Kartik Aaryan have been spotted together so many times that we won't be surprised if any filmmaker approaches the duo for a movie. However, it seems the heartthrob Aaryan cannot wait for this moment and thus gave a challenge to all the directors.

Kartik took to his Instagram stories to share a collage of some old pictures of his and Deepika and hinted that he badly wants to collaborate with the beauty. He wrote, "Hai kisi Director mein dum?" In the collage, Kartik was in his 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' look when he auditioned for movies and landed 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama'. Deepika, on the other hand, was seen in her 'Om Shanti Om' look.

Deepika then shared the same image on her Instagram story and asked him about his choice of pictures. She wrote, "why these pictures though!?!?"

Replying to her question by referring to one of the iconic dialogues from her debut movie, Kartik wrote, "Kyunki tabse Qainat iss koshish mein lagi hai." Continuing the banter, DP completed the same dialogue and wrote, "@kartikaaryan agar aap kisi cheeze ko sacche dil se chaho..."

Seems like Kartik does want to work with Deepika and we are wondering if any director is taking notes of this. They do have some good chemistry and it was quite evident when Kartik taught the 'Chhapaak' star the steps of his "Dheeme Dheeme" song from 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' at the Mumbai airport, a few weeks ago. But, this time it was Padukone who expressed her wish to groove on the song, hence, how can Kartik say no to the diva. They were also seen shaking legs on the same song at an award function.
