The New terms of youtube state that:

“YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.”

Now the question is how will youtube decide if an account is commercially viable or not?

The answer to this question is by "sole discretion" which is something to be worried about.  Youtube is going to determine which account should be deleted and which should not.

This also means that videos that contain hate speech or anything that disqualifies the video from getting monetized can make result in the deletion of the video.

What do you mean by Commercially Viable?

It could be defined as business, product, and service which has the ability to compete effectively with its competitors and to make a profit. So the channels and videos on it that can make profit to youtube are going to stay and everything other than these are going to be deleted.
