New functionality is around the corner which allows people to use the same Whatsapp account on multiple devices simultaneously. This information was revealed via a tweet from WABetaInfo.
WABetaInfo has said that this multiple logins feature is already under progress. The company is working on "a new method to assign keys to specific devices". This update will not only be limited to the same kind of devices but it will also enable the user to login cross-platform like on Android, iOS, and Windows simultaneously.
I will post new details with SCREENSHOTS within a few weeks, describing how the registration works. https://t.co/ofmXpFzlR1— WABetaInfo (@WABetaInfo) October 29, 2019
The company has been working on the dark mode for a long time now but it is still not available to the users. This implies that although this multiple login feature is under progress it doesn't mean that the users are going to receive it anytime soon.
Whatsapp has always rolled out features quite late when compared to others for example voice calling and video functionalities arrived in it a lot after its rival like Viber and Line already implemented these in their apps.
It is not only the dark mode and the multiple login feature that the company is working on instead they are working on many more features like the disappearing messages where a timer can be set and the messages will disappear just like it happens on Snapchat.
