MUMBAI: The 'Zero' trio- Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and director Anand L Rai might come together one more time for a crime comedy. The movie will likely be the Hindi remake of the Korean movie 'Miss And Mrs. Cops' and will have two women protagonists.
There have been speculations that the production houses of the superstar SRK and filmmaker Anand L Rai are collaborating for a movie that will have two women playing the lead roles. Now, it is being reported that Red Chillies Entertainment and Yellow Productions are coming together for the Bollywood version of 'Miss and Mrs. Cops' and Kaif has already agreed on being a part of the movie.
According to a source close to the project, Vidya Balan might star opposite the Bharat star in this upcoming project. The source said, "Katrina Kaif, who last seen in Salman Khan starrer Bharat, will be taking on the action avatar in the upcoming Hindi remake of Korean crime comedy, Miss and Mrs. Cops. The film will have two women protagonists and reportedly, it will be directed by Anirudh Ganapathy who has worked with Aanand L Rai for the longest time. Sadly, SRK will only be a part of the film as a producer. There has been speculation that Vidya Balan would be the other leading lady in the film."
We do wish to see Khan playing a crucial role in the same but for now, it does seem an exciting collaboration.
The trio joined hands in the 2018 movie 'Zero' that did not do well in terms of Box-Office as well as critical acclamation. So, we wish that they come back stronger.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh is yet to announce any of his upcoming projects whereas Katrina will be seen in Rohit Shetty directorial 'Sooryavanshi' alongside Akshay Kumar and will be releasing on 27th March 2020.
