MUMBAI: Fans were too excited to witness the magic of Munna Bhai and Circuit once again in the third installment of the Munna Bhai franchise. But, when it got shelved, they were left disappointed. Now, rejoice again as you will see the duo, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi, together on the silver screen one more time.
In a recent interview, actor Arshad Warsi revealed that he and Dutt will start working on a film next year. He said, "Sanju and I will start working on a film next year. It's a crazy script, a project by Sajid-Farhad. The film is likely to go on floors by March-April next year. We'll probably head to Budapest for the first schedule of the film."
He went further and shared the movie's plot where Sanjay will play a blind don and he will be his eyes. He said, "Sanju plays the role of a blind don. I am his eyes. The challenge is that nobody can know that he is blind, and I cannot tell anyone that he is blind. I am actually directing him throughout the film. It's quite a fun script."
The duo will be reuniting after six long years. Last, they were seen together in the movie 'Zila Ghaziabad' where they both played intense roles of gangsters.
After 'Munna Bhai MBBS', 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai', 'Dhamaal' and 'Double Dhamaal', this will be the duo's fifth collaboration together in a comedy flick and fans are too excited. This upcoming untitled movie will be helmed by director duo Sajid-Farhad and will go on floors next year.
On the work front, Arshad Warsi will be next seen in another comedy movie 'Pagalpanti', releasing on 22nd November and Sanjay Dutt will be seen portraying the character of Ahmad Shah Abdali in 'Panipat' that is slated to hit the theatres on 6th December.
