MUMBAI: Already busy in the promotions of his upcoming movie 'Dabangg 3', Salman Khan has moved onto his next venture, 'Radhe'. The actor's movies are much-awaited especially on the occasion of Eid; therefore, for the next year, the superstar is all set to bring 'Radhe' to his fans.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Dabangg star shared a picture from the sets of 'Radhe' announcing the beginning of the movie's journey. He wrote, "And the journey begins... #RadheEid2020."

Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Jackie Shroff, Sohail Khan, Prabhudeva and Atul Agnihotri shared the frame with Khan. Earlier, it was reported that actor Randeep Hooda might play the role of the antagonist in the movie. A source close to the project said, "Randeep plays an antagonist in the film. He liked the role and hence agreed to do it. This is the first time he is playing such a character. Also, Salman and Randeep have worked together in the past and they share a great relationship." However, there is no confirmation of these rumours whether he will play the role of the villain or not.

'Radhe' was announced when Salman released the motion poster of 'Dabangg 3'. He shared the news via his social media and wrote, "Aap he ne poocha tha 'Dabangg 3' ke baad kya? What and when? Yeh lo answer #EidRadheKi."

This movie will mark the third time collaboration of the actor Salman Khan and director Prabhudeva. There were certain rumours that the movie will be continued part of his 2008 movie 'Wanted' in which his character's name was Radhe. Dismissing all the rumours, Khan said, "Radhe was my character's name in Tere Naam (2003) and again, we used the same name for my character in Wanted (2009). But this (Radhe) is a completely different film. It has nothing to do with Wanted. If you want to go into that format or genre, then this (Radhe) will be a baap of Wanted."
