The actress revealed that her morning begins by consuming a glass of hot lime water along with a breakfast of Poha or upma.
Kareena is strictly against fast food and stays firm to eating home-cooked meals for lunchtime and dinnertime. She has dinner at 8 o'clock at night.
In terms of physical exercise, the 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' actress works out 4 out of 7 days a week and does Pilates along with kettle-bell squats, boxing and battle rope exercises.
