Kangana Ranaut Soon To Be Mother, Shares Her First Look!

Mumbai: The poster of Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Panga' has been released on Thursday. Kangana Ranaut would be seen playing a mother in the movie directed by 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' director Ashwani Iyer Tiwari. Film's trailer would drop on December 23.

Kangana Ranaut, whose last was the black comedy 'Judgementall hai kya', would be seen in upcoming sports drama named 'Panga'. The actress's sister Rangoli Chandel shared the first look from the movie in the in a series of posts from the movie on social media and captioned it as, "Kangana says when she was new in the industry, the biggest insult to an actress was to be approached for mother role, deeply disturbed, then after playing a mother in successful Manikarnika she is all set to be a mother again. Kangana's sister continued stating that the mainstream young top actresses today proudly play the mother role, despite they being on the peak of their career and India loves them and this proves that this is new India."

It is to be mentioned that Kangana Ranaut had earlier also played the role of a mother in 'Manikarnika' film narrating the story on life of Rani Lakshmi Bai and now she would be seen playing a mother for the second time in the upcoming flick. The actress's team shared the trailer launch date as well on social media. Film's trailer would be launched by makers on December 23. The director of the film announced the release date for the film as January 24, 2020 with the caption 'Panga Lene Wale Kabhi Haar Nahin mante aur Karke dikhate Hain. Let's be a part of this Panga on 23rd December.'

Panga is a sports drama that is inspired by a national level Kabaddi player. The movie stars Jassi Gill, Neena Gupta, Richa Chadda and Pankaj Tripathi and would see Kangana Ranaut in the role of a mother.

According to the critics Kangana looks promising in the role of Jaya. The poster shows the actress putting a pink printed saree teamed up with a matching coloured sweater, neatly tied hair and round black Bindi and earrings completed her look and complement her Indian mother image.

The film which is set to release in January would be clashing with Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'street dancer 3D'.
