Released in 2010, this has by far been the best adaptation of the famous detective novel since it focusses on all the intricate details and makes you glued to your screen. Though it is an animated series, Rick and Morty has turned out to be one of the most intelligent shows which is definitely going to blow your mind with its brilliance. The 5th and 6th season of the show is being awaited. This show revolves around an intelligent scientist and his not-so-brilliant grandson. With every adventure they set out on, you will be forced to question and dive deep into every scientific phenomenon that you have known.

With one of the most talented and good-looking bunch – Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Patrick J. Adams amongst the many others, this law-drama series on Netflix is a must watch. The way in which Harvey Spectar solves his cases and uses his presence of mind makes even a boring topic such as lawsuits, a rather interesting one!

#6. Sense8
With some very talented artists in the star cast including Doona Bae, Tina Desai, Jamie Clayton, Anupam Kher, and Purab Kohli, the concept of this show is nothing less than genius. The storyline revolves around a bunch of people who are mentally linked to each other and need to survive together from those who look at them as a threat to the world for they form a new species known as Homo Sensoriums. Already fascinated by the concept, aren’t you?

#7. Breaking Bad
This Netflix series has been breaking the records of the best series on Netflix. Starring Aaron Paul, Bryan Cranston, and Anna Gunn in the lead, the plot revolves around a chemistry teacher who finds out that he is suffering from Stage III cancer and has 2 years to live. His world comes crashing down and he is determined to make a good future for his son and wife after him- due to which he enters the world of drugs and crime and even manages to become one of the best drug traders. This uniqueness of the show is what makes it one of the best Netflix shows streamed in India.

#8. 13 Reasons Why
Though this has been a controversial series, it has also managed to create awareness amongst people around social issues such as rape, bullying, suicide, etc. This show definitely gets you thinking and affects you in a way where you start relating to the characters of the show. The story revolves around Clay Jensen who is determined to find out the reasons that led to his classmate and love interest Hannah to commit suicide.
